Follow below steps to search / filter the service groups :-
1. In Service Group Click “Manage” option for the concerned service to find below screen :-

icon to find the filter criteria options (shown as below) :-
2. Enter the required criteria to filter the desktop (shown as below) :-
3. Click “Apply” button and you will get the filtered list as shown below :-
